We ship FedEx Ground to anywhere in the Continental United States. Delivery time is approximately 3 to 7  business days (not including Saturday, Sunday or Holidays). FedEx Overnight, FedEx 2nd Day, and FedEx Express Saver (3 Day) are also available. Rural areas may take longer. Orders for Overnight, 2nd Day and Express Saver (3 Day), will be charged an additional $10 for special pickup PLUS the Overnight, 2nd Day and Express Saver (3 Day) shipping charges. This $10 charge will appear separately on your credit card statement.  MULTIPLE ITEM ORDERS  Because of the many combinations of items that customers can order, the website cannot calculate that cost. If your order was received by 11am MST, Monday - Friday, we will ship out the same day with the exception of holidays. Orders received after 11am MST, Monday - Thursday, will be shipped out the following day with the exception of holidays. If your order was received on Friday after 11am MST, Saturday, or Sunday, it will be shipped the following Monday with the exception of holidays.

Returns accepted within 10 days of purchase. Returns should be in the same new condition as when it was shipped.  Please call (1-888-969-2209) or email for an authorization.  You will be responsible for all costs related to returning the product including the shipping costs when the product was originally shipped to you.

Your order is considered complete once we receive your payment by credit card, either online or by phone. We ship the same day if order is placed before noon mountain time. If order is place after noon mountain time, your order will ship the very next day if it doesn't fall on a Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. Cancellations, as in refusal of shipment of your order will be charged 15% restocking fee with NO refund of shipping charges. Cancellations of orders that have already been packed up waiting for pickup will result in a 5% restocking charge. Cancellations before the shipment is packed will result in a full refund.

IMPORTANT: You must keep all the packing along with the box for FedEx inspection. Please call us and FedEx within 3 days. We cannot replace damaged goods unless original box and packing has been inspected by FedEx.
